There are perks to making frequent visits to Shanghai for prenatal appointments. Like catching the summer sun’s reflection in the glass facade of the Shanghai Tower, the world’s second-tallest skyscraper.
And watching boats cruise up and down the Huangpu River. All from the vantage point of an artsy Bund hotel’s rooftop bar. A beverage of the alcoholic variety is the only thing that would’ve made this evening more perfect.

Looks really great, actually eased me up even though I just missed three flights and now on my way back home instead to China…perhaps I get myself some Bavarian beer from the supermarket .

Will fly on Friday with the same airline let’s see what will happen this time. Wonder what the taxi guy will think to see us the third time with all the luggage and bringing us to the bus station ( after he drove us twice already yesterday)
